By accessing or using WebSpark services, website (webspark.co.uk / local deployment), and digital software development solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
WebSpark provides website engineering, e-commerce development, mobile application design, custom software development, digital marketing, and cloud hosting management. Specific deliverables, project scope, timelines, and milestones are outlined in individual service quotes or client agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of project fees, all final custom code, website assets, and design deliverables created specifically for the Client shall belong to the Client. WebSpark retains ownership of pre-existing core frameworks, open-source libraries, reusable utilities, and proprietary developer tools.
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, necessary branding materials, and timely feedback required for project completion. Payment terms, deposit amounts, milestone payments, and accepted payment gateways are specified in project proposals. Invoices are due within the payment timeframe stated on the invoice.
In no event shall WebSpark, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, including data loss or business interruption.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
